Are your products all-natural?

beautySEAFARI is an all-natural, chemical-free beauty brand. Additionally, our ingredients are ethically sourced. Ingredients used in our products have been used for centuries by women around the world using all-natural & powerful ingredients that come from nature. 

What is your giving-back mission?

beautySEAFARI pays it forward by donating 10% of all proceeds to women-centric enterprises in countries of origin of each product purchased.  For example, our ethically sourced 100% pure thanakha powder has been used in Myanmar (Burma) for hundreds of years as a sunscreen & facial highlighter. Proceeds from the sale of each thanakha powder purchase goes toward a maximum of five organizations in the region to help empower women entrepreneurs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Beautyseafari.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and beautySEAFARI e-Gift Card. Please note that we do not accept CODs, layaway plans, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards with issuing banks and billing addresses outside the U.S.

Important information:
For your security, the billing name and address on your order must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Do you offer a flat rate shipping fee?

beautySEAFARI offers US$9.00 flat rate shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders. For Canada and international shipping, the flat rate is US$22.

How can I find the status of my order?

After your order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt,  contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Where do I enter the Gift Card or eGift Card number?

Enter the eGift Card number in the “Promotions and Gift card section on the Checkout page.

I entered my gift card information. Why is it still asking for my credit card?

Your Gift Card, eGift Card, or eGift Certificate may not cover the full order total, which can include sales tax, shipping fees, or the difference of the order. Gift card funds will be removed first, and any remaining amount will be covered by your credit card. On the Confirmation Order page, be sure to review the payment information and total charge of your order to confirm all details are correct.

Where can I use my Gift Card, eGift Card or eGift Certificate?

You can only use the beautySEAFARI e-Gift card on beautyseafari.com.
